"Rīgas satiksme" calls on Riga pupils and students to apply for pupil’s e-cards and e-tickets

"Rīgas satiksme" calls on educational institutions located in Riga city, parents of pupils and students, as well as pupils and students themselves to apply for e-tickets or pupil’s cards in time and not to postpone it to September. Collective applications can be submitted to "Rīgas satiksme" customer service centres already now.

To make the application process easier, "Rīgas satiksme" offers the educational institutions located in the administrative territory of Riga city the possibility of submitting collective applications. This offer mainly applies to schools and other educational institutions in which pupils and students start their studies this year.

It means that the authorised representative of the educational institution shall submit a filled collective application form, together with the photos of the persons concerened and the letter of authorisation issued by the head of the educational institution, to one of "Rīgas satiksme" customer service centres (at Prāgas Street 1, Spīķeru Street 1, Brīvības Street 49/53, Brīvības Street 191, Brīvības gatve 384b, Kurzemes Avenue 137 and Vienības gatve 117a).

Approximately one week after submitting the application the authorised representative will be invited by phone to receive pupil’s e-cards and personalized e-tickets for those persons listed in the application form.

"Rīgas satiksme" reminds that new pupils have to receive their e-cards until September 15, because otherwise they will not be able to buy tickets at reduced prices.
